Currently we (Sampurnam Hosieries Impex Private Limited) only support standard shipping. For the orders placed before 4pm IST, the orders will be shipped on the same working day. For the orders placed after 4pm IST, the orders will be shipped on the next working day. For the orders placed on the weekends, the orders will be shipped on Monday morning. For the standard shipping, below are the committed delivery SLAs (except for during natural disaster/violent protests or terror activities/lock downs). In case of the delay we will compensate with additional coupons / refunds. For non-delivery of goods, full refund will be provided within 2 days of knowing the shipment can't be delivered.
