Our transparent pricing strategy

Usually selling price = Cost of product manufacturing + Cost of Packaging + Cost of Marketing & Operations + Cost of Payment Processing + Cost of Product Shipping + Cost of Product Return + Cost of Payment Refund

We have done extensive survey before we launched our own e-commerce factory outlet site as we figured out our people wanted high quality product to be ordered online from the comfort of their home. If it's directly soled from factory, it also removes intermediary dealers & showroom costs alas its compensated (or) conversely increases costs due to less quantity single retail orders to be shipped pan-India or pan-International along with returns costs. Usually all the online product selling price do include Cost of Product Return + Cost of Payment Refund irrespective of the product is returned or not. Sometimes, the product return costs are either subsidized or averaged or kept zero to be sold at losses to capture market (a policy used by large e-commerce players like Walmart-Flipkart/Amazon/Reliance Jio Mart etc... We can't take losses to the big player with deep pockets do & we yet to have large volume cost efficiency since we are just getting started in May 2023. We will get there in future with your support.

Until then we wanted to provide you two transparent choices on price by listening to what you need as you said in the survey ie., you wanted us to match the offline factory costs without return costs but provide an option to return and deduct the costs from the refund. Typically it takes return shipment costs+return/refund related processing operational costs that runs around INR 150-200 per item. We like to share your order and returns pain. So, by ordering, you also agree that we deduct flat INR 100 per item you choose to return from the refund to be paid back to you through the original payment method you used to pay during original order check-out.

Example: If you buy 4 items for INR 300 each (Total: INR 1200) and you choose to return 2 items, then we deduct INR 200 (ie., INR 100 per each item x 2 items) and pay you back INR 400 [ (INR 300 x 2 items) - (INR 100 deduction x 2)].

Now you get to choose between less original product cost and no frills returns option (except you partly allowing us to deduct/minus INR 100 deducted per item during refund for return shipping & refund processing operational costs) so that you can try out items and some times colors may be interpreted slightly differently in different types of screens (or) you seems its a mis fit for your body etc... But, we commit to strive and invest in R&D to minimize the pain for both you & us to reduce returns by listening to your feedback and make products, describe it well in our website and communicate you well enable you to always make the right choice while ordering.

All prices shown in our website is in Indian Rupees(INR) and inclusive of GST.

Return & Refund Policy

You can cancel the order anytime before shipped for full refund without any penalty.

If you buy product by choosing the option marked "With Returns" and for any reason you wanted to return, you may need to return within 2 day of receipt of the product and we will provide you no question asked refund of product costs but not the return shipping cost (usually Rs.100/- per item) within 2 day of return shipment received by us original product condition (unused, unwashed & no body odor + no artificial orders) to the same payment mode you have used for purchase.

If you buy product by choosing the option marked "Without Returns" and for any reason you wanted to return you may have to contact us within 1 day of receipt of the product and provide us genuine reasons. If the reason is genuine & reasonably acceptable by us (we fully reserve the right to reject returns), we may choose provide you refund of product costs provided you allow us to discount the return shipment costs (usually Rs.100/- per item) within 2 day of return shipment received by us in original product condition (unused, unwashed & no body odor + no artificial orders) to the same payment mode you have used for purchase.

Shipping and Delivery

Currently we only support standard shipping. For the orders placed before 4pm IST, the orders will be shipped on the same working day. For the orders placed after 4pm IST, the orders will be shipped on the next working day. For the orders placed on the weekends, the orders will be shipped on Monday morning. For the standard shipping, below are the committed delivery SLAs (except for during natural disaster/violent protests or terror activities/lock downs). In case of the delay we will compensate with additional coupons / refunds. For non-delivery of goods, full refund will be provided within 2 days of knowing the shipment can't be delivered.

General Standard Shipping timelines: 3 days to 28 days (variable as per below locations)

South Indian States (Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Goa)

We provide 3-8 days delivery for cities & major towns
We provide 5-15 days for all other locations

Central & North Indian States (Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Orissa, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Punjab, Gujarat)

We provide 5-10 days delivery for cities & major towns

We provide 7-15 days for all other locations

North East & Other states of India

We commit to ship as fast as possible and using best possible faster options with acceptable shipping rates to make your loved garments reach your hands beating these normal shipment timings. We also commit to work with our shipping partner for reducing these SLAs over a period of time and introduce faster shipping options as well.
